How To Order

Just fill in the Order Form (please scroll down) or sms to (+6013-9209796).

Order Confirmation;
Wait for our confirmation of order or invoice via e-mail or sms.
Then, bank in the total amount (inclusive of postage charges) to our account. Payment shall be done within 2 days after receiving confirmation or invoice. If the payment is not made within the period, we have right to resell the product that have booked for you.

Postage Charges;
For information, all 'awning scarf' will be packing in a box, so that the scarf awning do not fold.

*Note: Postage charges will be determined by the weight of your items.

All payment must be made to my account either by fund transfer, cash deposit or IBG.
For security purpose, the account number will be given in the confirmation e-mail.
For payment via credit card (PayPal), we will send PayPal invoice via e-mail to request the payment.

If you want to pay using IBG (online banking), please state my e-mail address in the third party's form, and the payment must be made before 12noon, because after 12noon, the payment will be process on the next working day, so delivery process will be late too... :)

Payment Confirmation;
Confirm your payment via e-mail ( or sms (+6013-9209796) your name, date, time & amount that is stated in the bank-in slip to us for verification.

After payment confirmation, delivery will be made:
*On the same day, if payment made before 12 noon
*On the next day, if payment made after 12 noon
*On the next working day, if payment made during weekend (Friday n Saturday)

Transit Time;
Parcel will arrive at your place depends on your preferred shipping method;
*Via Standard Parcel Post: 3-5 working days
*Via POSLAJU: 1-2 working days
*Via Courier Services (Nationwide etc...): 1 working days
*Via Standard Parcel Post: 7-30 working days
*Via EMS: 2-5 working days
*Via Courier Services (Nationwide etc...): 1-3 working days

Return Policies;
If any defects or unsatisfied with the color, customer may return our product and liable for the shipping cost.
We must be inform about the return.
Return must be made in 3 days after receiving the parcel.
Then you may choose either want the money back, or change the item.

*All items from Authentique Boutique are new with tag (NWT) and in excellent condition unless stated. So, we believe that customer will be satisfied with our products.

*We will send you the postal tracking number/consignment number to track your parcel (upon request).
